Territory Sales Manager (Outside Sales Representative)

We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to join our growing team, and expand our business across Canada. Working closely with our marketing team to expand our customer base and keep our close relationship with our existing customers.

We place value on teamwork, positive attitude and eagerness to learn, as well as personal motivation and drive. Excellent communication skills, organization and superior customer service skills are all a requirement. Sales experience and knowledge of the lighting industry is required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Sale of lighting products in the GTA (north of Hwy 7, including Richmond Hill, Aurora, Collingwood, Newmarket etc. but not north of Barrie) region for Ontario
  • Directly manage and develop strategic relationships, using strong product and technical knowledge, selling across all levels
  • Work towards achieving sales targets
  • Support existing customers as well as developing new clients
  • Manage and maintain client relationships
  • Represent the Company in negotiating projects with customers
  • Assist the Director of Sales in formulating pricing policies
  • Support product marketing activities including product launches, sales training, presentations, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Sales

 

Requirements:

  • Self-starter, Cold calling experience, with the ability to generate positive results
  • Highly motivated with great energy and commitments to build a sales role within our Company
  • Written and verbal communication skills, good listener
  • Computer Skills
  • Organization, Planning and Stategizing skills
  • Goal Driven, work towards target
  • Team Player
  • Ability and willingness to learn
  • Must have own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and able to travel Ontario area

 

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of solid background in the lighting industry
  • 1+ years in electrical or lighting industry experience
  • Sales or Inside Sales experience
  • Good connection with distributors is an asset
  • Post-secondary degree in Sales or Business an asset but not necessary
  • Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Must be result-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Sound track record of achieving sales targets
  • Capable of working under pressure when handling multi-level selling
  • Able to work independently and self-motivation is essential
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Must read, write and speak English

Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales to join our growing team, and expand our business across Canada. Working closely with our marketing team to expand our customer base and keep our close relationship with our existing customers.

We place value on teamwork, positive attitude and eagerness to learn, as well as personal motivation and drive. Excellent communication skills, organization and superior customer service skills are all a requirement. Sales experience and knowledge of the lighting industry is required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support selling of Company products through making outbound calls, identify new customers, growing existing accounts and promote product launches
  • Maintain client database
  • Represent the Company in negotiating selling prices, terms and condition with customers
  • Process sales orders
  • Provide professional customer service, resolve issues, retain customers with follow up calls and inform of any marketing campaign or promotion
  • Work towards achieving sales targets
  • Support product marketing activities including product launch, sales training, presentations, development of sale tools, and sales forecasting
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Manager
